This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and wanpkr ("the Platform") governing all access to and use of the wanpkr website and its services, including sports betting, casino games, deposits, withdrawals, and promotions.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the wanpkr platform. Continued use of any part of the wanpkr service after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. wanpkr recommends that Users review this document periodically.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of the wanpkr platform regardless of their location within Pakistan, including but not limited to Users accessing the platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and Multan.
The wanpkr platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By registering an account and using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. wanpkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
wanpkr may require submission of identity documents — including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — for the purpose of verifying a User's age. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, wanpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of wanpkr is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. wanpkr makes no representation that the use of its services is legal in any particular jurisdiction. If the use of online gambling or betting services is restricted or prohibited in your location, you must not use the wanpkr platform.
Each User is permitted to maintain one (1) wanpkr account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.
To access the full range of wanpkr services, Users must complete the account registration process. During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. wanpkr is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the User during registration or at any subsequent time.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their registered email address and password. wanpkr recommends that Users:
Users must keep their account information up to date. Changes to primary contact details, including email address, must be submitted through Account Settings and are subject to re-verification. wanpkr is not liable for failed communications or payment processing arising from outdated account information.
wanpkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. Users may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.
wanpkr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wanpkr reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit: PKR 500. Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500 (or such amount as may be published by wanpkr from time to time). wanpkr does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges for which wanpkr bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed in priority order subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed same-day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days. wanpkr reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds.
wanpkr maintains anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Users must not use the wanpkr platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, financial fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity. wanpkr may freeze funds and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless an exception is expressly approved by wanpkr.
All bets placed through the wanpkr sportsbook and all casino gameplay are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that game or market, in addition to these general Terms. Users are responsible for reading and understanding all applicable product rules before placing bets or playing casino games.
Once a bet has been confirmed by the wanpkr system and a confirmation message issued to the User, the bet is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed, except in circumstances where wanpkr determines that a manifest error has occurred. wanpkr reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by verified integrity issues.
All random number generator (RNG) casino game outcomes on wanpkr are produced by certified, independently audited RNG software. Results are final once displayed. Live dealer game outcomes are governed by the physical result of the live event (card draw, roulette spin, etc.) as observed by the streaming system and are likewise final.
wanpkr may apply minimum and maximum bet limits on a per-game, per-market, or per-User basis. These limits may be adjusted at wanpkr's discretion without prior notice. Current applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
wanpkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
Users of wanpkr are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
wanpkr reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, fund freezing, and referral to law enforcement — upon detection or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct.
All content on the wanpkr platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, data, and compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of wanpkr or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants Users any right, title, or interest in any wanpkr intellectual property.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any wanpkr content without prior written consent from wanpkr. Unauthorised use of wanpkr's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and/or injunctive relief.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wanpkr's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their wanpkr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wanpkr shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenues, or data; (b) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) service interruptions arising from technical failures, maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events; or (d) financial losses resulting from the User's decision to gamble, irrespective of outcome.
The wanpkr platform is provided on an "as available" basis. wanpkr does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
wanpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to User welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered wanpkr Users from Account Settings at no charge:
All requests to activate self-exclusion are processed promptly. During any self-exclusion period, the User's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Users experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to contact our support team or seek assistance from appropriate external organisations.
This platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. wanpkr does not knowingly permit underage individuals to access its gaming services.
wanpkr reserves the right to suspend or close any User account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct; or at wanpkr's sole discretion where it deems suspension necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.
Users may request closure of their wanpkr account at any time by contacting support via email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will lapse upon account closure. Funds remaining in the account balance at the time of closure (net of any bonus amounts that have not been validly wagered) will be returned to the User via the same payment method used for deposit, subject to completion of KYC verification.
wanpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, wanpkr will use reasonable endeavours to notify Users by email or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect. The date of last revision is stated at the top of this document.
Continued use of the wanpkr platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users and wanpkr agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting wanpkr support.
If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of a written dispute notice, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits wanpkr's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where it reasonably considers that its rights or the integrity of the platform are at immediate risk.

Each individual may hold only one wanpkr account. Duplicate accounts risk permanent closure and forfeiture of balances. If in doubt, contact support before registering again.
Identity verification (CNIC or passport) is required before your first withdrawal on wanpkr. Completing it early prevents delays when you want to cash out your winnings.

All wanpkr transactions — deposits, bets, winnings, withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. wanpkr charges no transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals to/from JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Pakistani banks.
Using bots, colluding with other players, exploiting bugs, or attempting to launder funds will result in immediate account closure, fund seizure, and potential law enforcement referral.
Any wanpkr member can activate self-exclusion at any time from Account Settings. During self-exclusion, account access is suspended and marketing is stopped. No cooldown period before activation.
