This Privacy Policy describes how wanpkr ("we", "us", "the Platform") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals ("you", "the User") who access or use the wanpkr website at wanpkr.app. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or using any wanpkr service.

When you create a wanpkr account, we collect the following information: full name, date of birth (for age verification), email address, and the password you choose (stored in hashed/encrypted form — never in plain text). We do not store your password in recoverable form.
As part of our Know Your Customer obligations, wanpkr may request and collect copies of government-issued identity documents, including your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other nationally recognised identification. We may also collect address verification documentation. This data is handled with heightened security controls and retained only for the period required by applicable law.
When you make deposits or withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or other supported Pakistani payment channels, wanpkr collects transaction records including payment method identifier (e.g., mobile wallet number, masked bank account details), transaction amounts in PKR, dates and times, and processing status. Full payment credentials such as card numbers or full bank account numbers are not stored by wanpkr — these are handled directly by the respective payment service providers under their own security standards.
wanpkr automatically records data about your platform activity, including: games played, bets placed, bet amounts and outcomes, session durations, pages visited, features accessed, and timestamps of all significant account events (login, logout, password change, limit setting, etc.).
When you access wanpkr, our servers and analytics systems automatically collect certain technical data, including: IP address, device type and operating system, browser type and version, referring URL, and general geographic location (country/city level, derived from IP address).
If you contact the wanpkr support team, we retain records of that correspondence, including email exchanges, support ticket content, and any attachments submitted. This data is used to resolve your query and to improve support quality.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of wanpkr's assets, User personal data may be transferred to the successor entity. Users will be notified of such a transfer via email or a prominent notice on the wanpkr platform prior to it taking effect.

The wanpkr platform is strictly for adults aged eighteen (18) years and above. wanpkr does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If wanpkr becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, all associated data will be deleted immediately and the account closed.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on wanpkr, please contact support immediately using the contact details in Section 13 so that prompt action can be taken.
wanpkr reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material — for example, where new categories of data are collected, new third-party processors are engaged, or new purposes for processing are introduced — wanpkr will notify registered Users by email and via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of last revision is shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the wanpkr platform after any revised Privacy Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you should close your account before the effective date.

wanpkr does not use third-party advertising networks or behavioural targeting cookies. Analytics on the platform are aggregated and anonymised — no individual profiling for ad purposes.
wanpkr retains personal data for clearly defined periods aligned with AML and financial regulation requirements. Data is securely deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.
